REMOTE INDIVIDUAL MINDSET SESSIONS

High-Performance Athletes: These sessions will be used to discuss mindset or the mental aspect of life on or off the court. We’ll focus on any stressors on the court, self-talk, mental blocks on the court, as well as navigating life off the court with life stressors that may include relationships, academics, team dynamics, etc.

This product is for any team looking to increase team cohesion, self-awareness, and process mental performance tools such as mindset, communication, goal setting, and ownership. The program is for 4 continuous weeks. Material for the four weeks is available on Amazon.

STAFF EDUCATION ON IN-PERSON JOURNALING

  • 3 online sessions to cover the first three weeks of the 30 Day Champions Journal
