With an impressive history as both an athlete and a coach, Tallman has trained over 500 athletes, coaching staff, and teams, leveraging her unique blend of clinical psychology and hands-on sports experience.

A LEGACY IN ATHLETICS AND COACHING

Tallman’s athletic journey is nothing short of inspiring. As a standout volleyball player for The University of Georgia, she earned numerous accolades, including First Team All-America honors in 1993 & 1994, SEC Freshman of the Year in 1991, and SEC Player of the Year in 1994. Her dedication and prowess led to her induction into Georgia’s Circle of Honor in 2006. Following her collegiate success, she played professionally in Geneva, Switzerland, and was a proud member of the USA National Team in 1994 and the World University Games Team in 1995.

TRANSITIONING TO SPORTS PERFORMANCE COACHING

After her illustrious playing career, Tallman has furthered her education, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. Her passion for sports never waned, leading her back into coaching at the high school and club levels. In 2018, she took her expertise to collegiate sports as the Volunteer Assistant for the Arizona State University beach volleyball team, and in 2021, she became the Assistant Beach Volleyball coach at Arizona Christian University. In 2023, she stepped away from collegiate coaching to focus on training and equipping coaches, leaders, and former and current professional athletes with the mental skills and mindset to lead more effectively in every area of their lives.

PIONEERING PERFORMANCE JOURNALS

Tallman’s contributions to mental performance coaching extend to her authorship of two nationally published performance journals: “30 Day Champions Journal” and “30 Day Return to Play Journal”. These have become essential tools for athletes in various disciplines, helping them improve performance through mindset and mental skills training. Since its publication in 2019, over 1,500 copies of her “30 Day Champions Journal” have been used by teams, athletes, and coaches from many different sports.

Her methods are a blend of psychological insight and practical, field-tested strategies.
